Biography: Baris Bagci was born on 27 May 1975 in Konya. After graduating from Konya Selcuk University, he worked at Trabzon State Theatre. After then, he moved to Istanbul and worked at Istanbul State Theatre. Baris Bagci started his acting career on television in 2005 with his role in popular Turkish series Gumus.

Alparslan: The Great Seljuks – Tugrul Bey
I have enjoyed Baris Bagci in both Erturgrul and Alparslan (I apologize if I spelled either wrong), He brought both characters such unique personalities that were easily to get into while watching. Half the time I didn’t understand what was said, but the more I watched the shows the better I came to understand some of the language and the characters. Baris has a wonderful voice and facial expressions that make him a great actor.
