Biography: Mustafa Acilan was born on 22 February 1987 in Istanbul. He made his debut in 2016 with the series Kanit: Ates Uzeri. He completed his university education on business administration in a university in Kazakhstan. Due to his education in Kazakhstan and his knowledge of Russian, he started his business life in the jewelry sector abroad after graduation. Since he was also very talented in the field of marketing and his job consisted of so many foreign travels, he enjoyed his job at that time. However, he started an acting career after his business was disrupted. At the age of 7, he also performed at the Canakkale City Theater in the theatre play Fareli Koyun Kavalcisi. Mustafa Acilan enjoys reading books and also interested in boxing and football.

From the Interview with Mustafa Acilan
You started acting at the age of 28. Does it create a problem for starting a career very late? Or is it advantageous to have started at a time when you perceived life better?
Thinking like this gives you anxiety. I am not worried about that. 5-6 years after I started this career, now, I act a high school student at Turkish series Second Chance (Gelsin Hayat Bildigi Gibi). So I do not say I wish it was like this. Everything happens when it should be. And it is beautiful.
What does acting mean to you?
In a word; indulge. We had a lesson with Mr. Cetin. He kept me on stage for 2.5 hours. He said “You are not going to get off the stage until you find that word. If you give up, you will be incomplete. Be patient, let’s find out.” After 2.5-hour exercise, this word came to my mind “Indulge”.
What has been the most important thing that acting has taught you?
I have been discovering myself. He assured me that he had an obligation to engrave his own reality, and that it was very enjoyable.
What kind of childhood did you have? Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?
In the family, my mother is dark, my father is dark, my brother is dark. I am really the only different person in the family.
Why were you kicked out of school?
From mischief. I was second in school, actually, I was a hard worker and successful. But I was very naughty. There was such a situation.
What is usually the first thing you pay attention to in the opposite sex?
Hands.
How would you define love in your own world?
I would say dreaming. It gives me hope. It makes me a stronger man. Love is a beautiful thing.
Is there an interesting habit about yourself?
I drink at least 20 cups of tea a day. I can even drink more.
What do you spend the most money on?
To eat, to shoes. There are 30 of my shoes. I am not fond of brands, but I love different models.

Yes. I’m jealous.

I do not actively share anything on social media. There is a lot of editing. I love sharing them. I also do stalk.
