Synopsis
The story takes place in 1048. During that time, Anatolia (today’s Turkish lands) was under the Byzantine rule. Alparslan The Great Seljuks is a spin-off from Turkish series The Great Seljuks: Guardians of Justice.

Alparslan (Baris Arduc) is a successful warrior who is brave, fearless and determined. He takes the name of Alp Arslan (literally Heroic Lion in Turkish) thanks to his military prowess and fighting skills.

Biography: Korel Cezayirli was born on 2 April 1976 in Ankara. He went to primary, secondary and high school in Ankara. He became a registered sportsman for swimming, basketball and figure skating respectively during the period of 1985-1994. While he was stuying at Konya Selcuk University, he took lessons from Professor Bozkurt Kuruc, Semih Sergen, Lale Oraloglu, and Professor Fuat Hacyev. In 2000, Korel Cezayirli graduated from Konya Selcuk University and started to work as founder and actor at Eskisehir Municipality City Theatre. In 2005, he founded a Traditional Turkish Theatre section at City Theatre. In 2006, he founded Theatre Gazette (Tiyatro Gazetesi) together with Tolga Ozecel. Korel Cezayirli’s grandfather was a theatre actor Vedi Cezayirli who founded Adana City Theatre and the first film studio (Cezayirli Film) in Ankara.

Synopsis

Synopsis

Biography: Settar Tanriogen was born in 15 July 1962 in Denizli. Since his childhood, he worked at various jobs such as shoeshine boy, waiter, tea seller and so on. His interest in theatre began in 1980 when he took part in a theatre play for a celebration of Ataturk’s 100th birthday. In 1984, Settar Tanriogen moved to Ankara in order to study archaeology and art history at Hacettepe University. When he started a university life, he also continued to take part in theatre plays.
