Biography: Murat Yildirim as born in Konya in 1979 while his father was working there as a teacher. He originally comes from Mardin. He graduated from Yildiz Teknik University after 8 years. He met Burcin Terzioglu while shooting the Turkish drama The Storm (Firtina) and got married to her in 20 June 2008. Murat Yildirim and Burcin Terzioglu got divorced in 30 June 2014. After then, Murat Yildirim met the Moroccan actress Iman Elbani in London and got married to her in 13 November 2016 in Adana.

  • Murat, I think you help men know the power of attention.
    I was inspired watching you with the entire family dynamic in Ask ve Ceza and the word "patient" took on new meaning as your character and your ability to act justly in that character, had the patience to address each person in the measure that needed to be done, whether it was a word, a touch, or a look. I realized that the secret was the pace! I had never tied the word pace with patience before. You paced the timing with who you were communicating with. You match their pace. Often only lovers attempt to match pace with walking or talking or touching, but your pace was patience with each. It was a true joy to watch your mastery of that.

  • Loved 'Ask ve Ceza' (Engish Sub titles) Series 1 but really want to see what happens next to all the story line it is fabulous..watch all Turkish series every one is better than the last but how do I get the next series but the acting and scenery is fantastic ..well done Turkish Drama..excellant

    • There is a fun thread someone did to paraphrase season 2 of Ask ve Ceza..so if you watch on you tube with no subtitles, but read this per episode you will get the drift...you will find in the youtube comments, many people who are watching season 2 without subtitles just because it is such an amazing story.
