From the interview with Devrim Yakut

You've written two books. How did your desire to write a book come about?

The love of writing has always been there, deep down, for as long as I can remember. When I managed to complete my first book, it continued. My profession is acting. Writing is a field that I am still an apprentice in and I am very happy that it is so.

You have recently recovered from an illness and you have terrified us all. What did you experience during that period?

It’s all about the people. I had an issue in my brain. I hope that it will get better, that it will pass. I get tired quickly and have difficulty standing for long periods of time. Other than that, I don’t have any problems, thank God. Six months before me, my husband also had the same issue in his brain. His speech center was affected, but now we’re both fine, thank goodness. We are alive, we are able to do our job.

Do you have funny sides in real life as well?

They say I have. I have always liked to spend time with fun people with a high sense of humor. My family is also a funny, fun family. I’m lucky.
