Synopsis

Yasemin (Deniz Baysal) is a young single mother. Her husband passed away when she was pregnant with her baby daughter. After her husband’s death, she has been raising her daughter by herself. She has been struggling with financial challenges and works so hard to provide a decent life for her daughter.

On the other hand, Fidan (Devrim Ozkan) is a beautiful young woman who is the wife of Rutkay (Berk Hakman). She starts to work as a maid at Rutkay’s house and soon after, she gets married to this rich guy. Due to the fact that she has been suffering from his husband’s psychological problems, she makes a difficult decision. Fidan leaves everything behind and escapes from her house together with her daughter.

Out of pure coincidence, the lives of Fidan and Yasemin intersect. When Yasemin loses her daughter in a shopping mall, Fidan finds her and reunites them. This encounter changes the lives of these two women. Even though they do not know each other and they have nothing in common except for being mothers, they start to live together and support each other.

Fidan hides her identity secret. She does not say that she is escaping from her husband. Instead, she says that her husband is dead. Since she does not have any place and any money, she starts to live at Yasemin’s house and gives her a hand.

Fidan’s husband Rutkay is a powerful man who engages in illegal activities. He has some psychological problems and for this reason, he becomes very aggressive if he doesn’t get what he wants. After his wife leaves the home together with his daughter, he does anything to bring Fidan back no matter what.

Meanwhile, chief inspector Toprak (Erkan Kolcak Kostendil) investigates a case and tries to expose Rutkay’s dirty work. Toprak also starts to investigate Yasemin and Fidan after they are unintentionally involved in a crime.

A crime that Yasemin and Fidan unintentionally get involved binds them together. They now start to share a secret. They support each other and become each other’s hope while trying to survive. They try their best to clear their names while protecting themselves and their children.

Standing Together (Ne Gemiler Yaktim) tv series story is about two mothers who unintentionally get involved in a crime and start to support each other to survive. Will Fidan manage to escape from her husband Rutkay? Will Yasemin trust Fidan and support her? Will Yasemin and Fidan stand together or fall apart? Will Toprak manage to reveal the dark secrets of Rutkay? Will Yasemin and Fidan manage to keep their secret forever?

Yasemin is a young single mother. Her husband passed away when she was pregnant with her baby daughter. After her husband’s death, she has been raising her daughter by herself. She has been struggling with financial challenges and works so hard to provide a decent life for her daughter. She even goes to her father Tevfik to ask for support even though she has not seen him for 6 years. She is smart and practical. She has a high-potential but she works as a customer consultant.

Fidan Hersekli (Devrim Ozkan):

Fidan is a beautiful young woman who is the wife of Rutkay. After her parents pass away, she starts to work as a maid at Rutkay’s house. Soon after, she gets married to Rutkay. While hoping for a happy marriage, she faces the dark side of her husband. She has been suffering from domestic violence and has been dealing with his husband’s psychological problems. Due to this reason, she has a hard time trusting people. She is reserved and anxious all the time. Her priority is her own daughter. In order to have a peaceful life, Fidan leaves everything behind and escapes from her house together with her daughter.

Rutkay Sezai Hersekli (Berk Hakman):

Rutkay is the husband of Fidan. He is a rich man who is narcissistic. He does not have any empathy and he never feels guilty. He becomes very aggressive if he doesn’t get what he wants. He cannot tolerate any mistake. When Fidan starts working as a maid at his house, he falls in love with her and gets married to her.

Toprak (Erkan Kolcak Kostendil):

Toprak is a successful chief inspector. He is smart, cautious, and reliable. Sometimes, he is restless and stubborn. He is very direct, he does not have any gray area, he either likes or doesn’t like.

Neriman Hersekli (Cigdem Selisik Onat):

Neriman is the mother of Rutkay and mother-in-law of Fidan. She doesn’t have any mercy. She loves her son very much and she does not want to share him with anyone else. She does not like Fidan from the beginning.

Tevfik (Macit Koper):

Tevfik is Yasemin’s father. He is a successful cook and owns Nazarlik Artisan Restaurant. He does not approve of her daughter’s marriage and for this reason, he never forgives his daughter when she gets married.

Sinan (Mert Denizmen):

Sinan is the head waiter of Nazarlik Artisan Restaurant. He is Tevfik’s friend.

Halil (Yusuf Akgun):

Halil is the cousin of Toprak. He engages in illegal activities. He starts to work for Rutkay and searches for Fidan everywhere. He is killed by Yasemin.
